Enticingly perfumed nose with citrus, nectarine, spice and flint. The palate is an adventure of texture and mouthfeel, and has vibrant layers of citrus/ ruby grapefruit, spice, crushed thyme, juicy acidity and a delicious core of yellow stone fruit. The finish is long and tasty with a wonderful textural rub. Perfectly matched with all Asian cuisine, white meats, sea-foods and vegetarian dishes. But most excitingly, here is the ultimate white wine that will match perfectly with your favourite rare sirloin steak!
Gruner Veltliner is a variety that ages well and this wine should develop splendidly for between 8 - 10 years.
